| Abstract: | Traditional statistical process control (SPC) has not been able to meet the needs of modern manufacturing models. This paper tentatively develops a prediction model based on improved supervised linear feature mapping (SLFM) network to predict product quality characteristics for the purpose of process quality control. Experimental results show the prediction model has quite good ability to track in the change of manufacturing processes, which is adapted to control quality on- line in manufacturing processws. |
