可逆光记录介质相变动力学理论

摘    要:碲基多元合金是迄今被公认为性能较完善的相变型可逆光记录介质。本文根据相变动力学理论对碲基多元合金作等温晶化,计算了表征这些材料光记录基本性能的动力学参数。

Abstract:The tellurium-based multielement alloys are universally accepted as reversible pbase-change optical recording media with quite perfect performance.In this paper,the isothermal transformations of these alloys are carried out and the dynamic parameters associated with the recording characteristics are calculated by the theory of phase-chinge dynamics.
