摘    要:针对军用小涵道比发动机飞发安装连接问题,通过分析现役典型战斗机的飞发结构特点,研究了不同主、辅安装节的连接结构及其特点,总结归纳了钻山洞、滑轨和吊挂3种飞发安装方式的装拆特点和承力特性,结合典型的飞发连接结构和安装方式的搭配应用形式,对比分析了不同系统的特点,得出飞发安装连接系统需综合考虑飞机与发动机相关因素而制定和优化匹配的方案,对飞发安装连接系统的发展方向进行了分析预测。

Research on Aircraft/Engine Installation and Connection System of Low Bypass Ratio Military Engine

Abstract:Aiming at the aircraft and engine installation and connection system of low bypass ratio military engine, the structural features of aircraft and engine installation system in active service fighters were studied. The connecting structure and characteristics of the engine mount were analyzed between the different main/supplementary installation mount. The assembly decomposition and load-bearing characteristics of aircraft and engine installation system including drilling into the hole, slipping through the rail and hoisting were presented. Combined with typical aircraft and engine connecting structure and the installation of the application form, the installation and connection systems of aircraft and engine should consider with related factors of the aircraft and engine and optimally matching. Finally, the direction of aircraft and engine installation and connection systems are forecasted.
