摘    要:建立了用最小二乘法评定圆柱度误差的理论与算法,并对圆柱度误差进行了定量分析和定性分析,给出了误差分离的定量计算公式,将其分离成形状误差、参数误差和方向误差,并指出了每种误差的补偿原则。所推导的数学模型简单、明了,具有推广价值。

Abstract:The theory and algorithm of the cylindricity error evaluated by least square method are presented. The quantitative analysis and the qualitative analysis for cylindricity error are carried out by this paper, and the quantitative calculating formulas of error separation are proposed. This paper separates form error, parameter error and error in line from the cylindricity error and proposes the compensating principles of every kind of the errors. The mathematical models derivated by this paper are concise and explicit.
