| 摘 要： | 依据差压铸造浇注工作原理,确定差压铸造浇注的工艺参数,结合舱体铸件壁厚差较大;结构复杂等特性,设计砂型铸造工艺方案,成功地生产了ZL205A舱体铸件。铸件经X光、荧光检测,内部、表面质量符合HB963-2005 I类之要求。
