玻璃纤维表面偶联剂处理方法对树脂基复合材料性能的影响

摘    要:采用扫描电镜、超声波探伤、浸润及力学性能测试等方法,研究玻璃纤维的不同偶联剂处理方法对纤维增强树脂基复合材料性能的影响。结果表明,使用前处理法处理的玻璃纤维对树脂的浸润性能良好,成型的树脂基复合材料耐烧蚀性能好,力学性能优异,产品质量明显提高。

Abstract:SEM, Supersonic flaw detecting, soakage and mechanics tests are all adopted to study the effect of different surface coupling treatment methods for glass fibers on properties of resin matrix composites. Results show that glass fibers treated before intertexture soak to resin better, thus the resin matrix composite has better mechanical and ablative properties, the quality of the product is improved remarkably.
