航空发动机研制全寿命管理研究及建议

摘    要:分析20世纪40年代以来,以美国为代表的世界航空发动机研制先进国家的技术发展理念的演变情况,深入研究了其航空发动机的发展和管理道路,结合中国航空发动机研制实际状况,提出了中国新型航空发动机按时间、分阶段(预先研究、工程研制和使用发展3大阶段)的全寿命管理方法,以不断提高发动机研制管理水平,实现控制发动机研制风险,提高部队战备完好率,降低全寿命成本的目标。

Abstract:The 70 years evolution of idea for aeroengine technology development were analyzed among advanced countries,taking the United States as representative.The way of aeroengine development and management were investigated deeply.Combining with the actual situation of aeroengine development in China,a new,time-based and stage-based lifecycle(advanced research,engineering manufacture and development,operation and support) management methods for aeroengine were presented to improve management level constantly,reduce development risks,improve operational readiness and reduce lifecycle cost.
