真空空心阴极电弧焊接设备和工艺研究

摘    要:介绍了真空空心阴极电弧焊接设备研制和焊接工艺研究情况,这是为解决钛合金容器焊接存在的飞溅问题而发明的一种先进的焊接工艺方法,在真空条件下,采用管状空心阴极,通入少量氩气,从而引燃电弧进行焊接。空心阴极焊接设备由空心阴极焊枪,真空系统,焊地电源,气体流量控制单元,总控制籍组成,文中详述了空心阴极焊枪设计,引弧试验情况及钛合金焊接工艺试验,结果表明焊接接头拉伸强度达到标准的要求,特别是与电子束焊相比,焊缝背面无焊接飞溅。

Abstract:The study in progress about Hollow Cathode Arc Welding technology in vacuum and its equipment is introduced in this paper. It is an advanced welding technology to solve welding spatters of titanium alloy pressure vessels. Such a welding method is held in vacuum condition and with a little argon gas through a hollow cathode to start a arc. This welding equipment consists of hollow cathode welding torch, vacuum system, welding power source, gas flow control unit and compact control device. The results of arc starting and welding tests for titanium alloy are also presented in detail in the paper. Tensile strength of welding joints has reached the demands of welding standard, esp. no spatters on back weld are obtained in contrast with EBW.
