摘    要:综合考虑固体发动机药柱的近似不可压缩性和几何非线性,基于不可压缩材料的粘弹性本构关系,应用完全拉格朗日(T.L)法的虚功方程,推导了二维粘弹性几何非线性有限元的增量列式,编写了有限元程序并与算例进行了对比,并对星型药柱在受压力载荷作用下的结构进行了分析。结果表明,该方法和程序可用于所有泊松比粘弹性问题的计算,尤其适用于推进剂药柱的应力分析。

Abstract:Near-incompressibility and nonlinearity of propellant grains for solid rocket motors were considered. Based on incompressible viscoelastic constitutive relationship and virtualwork equation of Total Lagrangian, a two-dimensional viscoelastic geometry nonlinear finite element incremental relationship was derived. Finally finite element program was complied and its results were compared with that of calculation case,in addition,structure of star-shaped grain under the pressure load was analyzed. The results show that approach and program are valid for stress analysis of viscoelastic materials with all admissible values of Poisson's ratio and particularly for stress analysis of solid propellant grains.
