柔性喷管全轴向摆动中的扭矩分析与计算

摘    要:本文对柔性喷管全轴向摆动中存在的铰链力及其扭矩进行了分析,通过冷试试验作了测量与计算,并在计算机上进行了各种情况下摆动的模拟计算。计算的结果与分析的结论是一致的。对于其他使用液压作动筒伺服系统驱动的可动喷管(如珠承喷管)也是适用的。 本文还引用了四元数运算法进行扭矩的计算,它与惯用的欧拉变换或克雷可夫变换相比,来得简捷、有效。通过两种方法计算比较,表明这一尝试是成功的。

Abstract:The hinge force and its torque which exist in the omni-axial movement o flexible joint nozzle are analyzed in this paper. The measurements and calculations have been done in the cold tests, moreover, the calculations of the various simulated movements have been performed with computer. The results of the measurements are well comparable to that of the predicted calculations. The method is also suitable for other movable nozzles (such as the bearing nozzle) driren by the hydraulic actuator.The four metamathematic method is used for the calculation of the torque. It is simpler and more effective than both the classical Euler transformation and Krakorf transformation. The comparison of these two methods has shown that our try is successful.
