摘    要:通过对采用直接热等静压工艺制备的粉末高温合金涡轮盘的性能与淬火冷速的关系分析,建立了盘件淬火计算机模拟分析的基本技术,可用于盘件的淬火冷速分析和组织性能预测.与实际比较,力学性能预测结果达到了很高的精度,为盘件材料的研制提供了强有力的工具.

Abstract:By analyzed the relationship between the mechanical properties of superalloy disks and the cooling rate of quenching, this paper established the basic technology of computer simulation of the quenching process for FGH95 powder superalloy disks, which can predict the microstructure and properties for the alloy. The technology makes it possible to precisely control the quality of quenched FGH9 parts and to increase their service reliability.
