工艺过程对炭/炭销钉性能影响研究

摘    要:采用4向软编销钉预测体工艺,由CVI和HIP-石墨化混合工艺及单纯CVI工艺制作了C/C销钉,并进行了双向剪切强度测试和断面SEM观察。结果表明,预制体纤维体积分数越高,则C/C销钉的剪切强度越高;微观分析说明混合工艺C/C较单纯CVI工艺C/V界面结合强,销钉双向切强度高,达到57.86MPa。

Abstract:The 4D braiding preforms are densified by either CVI alone or CVI plusing HIP-graphitizationmixing process to make C/C pins. Their double side shear strength is tested and the microstructure isobserved by SEM. It is found that the higher the fiber volume fraction of the preform is, thc higher theshear strength of C/C pins is' The microstructure investigation shows that thc interface bondingstrength of the C/C pin by mixing process (double side shear strength=57. 86MPa) is higher than thatby CVI process alone.
