摘    要:采用激光-感应复合加热法在CH4和Ar的气氛下制备了碳包覆铝纳米粒子。对这种纳米粒子进行X射线衍射和透射电子显微镜分析测试,提供了确定纳米颗粒新型核-壳结构的实验依据。设计了几种类型的CH4气体喷嘴,经实验可知,CH4在高温区分解时,很容易与铝发生化学反应,只有选择合适的喷嘴类型和合适喷嘴高度才有可能制备出副产物较少的碳包覆铝粉。最后讨论了CH4气体流量和炉内总压对碳包覆纳米铝粉制备的影响。

Abstract:Under methane and Ar gas atmosphere,carbon-coated aluminum nanoparticles were prepared by using laser-induction complex heating method.The aluminum nanoparticles were analyzed and tested by means of XRD and TEM.The experimental bases for determining the new core-shell structure of nanoparticles were given.Several types of CH4 gas ejection nozzles were designed.The experimental results show that CH4 in high-temperature decomposition region is easy to react with aluminum;only when ejection nozzles with suitable type and height are chosen,can carbon-coated aluminum nanoparticles with few byproducts be prepared.Finally the effects of CH4 gas flow and total pressure in the furnace on preparation of carbon-coated aluminum nanoparticles were discussed.
