| 摘 要： | 测量不确定度与测量结果是相关的，它反映了测量值的分散性。利用标准环规和高准确度测长机来建立环规检定的标准装置。通过对环规检定装置测量不确定度来源的分析，评定了环规检定装置测量不确定度大小，分析得到的结果满足环规检定规程中二等环规的测量不确定度要求。

| Abstract: | The measurement uncertainty expresses scatter of the measuring value and corresponds to measuring result.The measuring equipment for ring gauge which is composed of SIP550 and standard ring gauge is given.According to analysis,the uncertainty is evaluated.The uncertainty can accord with rule of ring gauge. |
