风扇进气畸变三维非定常数值模拟技术研究

摘    要:采用三维欧拉方程加体积力模型的方法, 发展了一套三维非定常进气畸变数值模拟程序, 以实现风扇/压气机在进气畸变条件下的全环面三维非定常数值模拟.利用该程序模拟计算了某航空发动机风扇进口稳态总压畸变条件下特性和流场结构, 并与试验结果进行了对比, 结果表明该程序用较小的计算机资源即可以实现对风扇全环面三维非定场畸变流场的模拟, 能够以较高的精度预估气流畸变对压气机/风扇特性的影响.

Abstract:A fast calculation code for 3-D unsteady inlet distortion was developed for solving 3-D Euler equations with body force.The 3-D unsteady numerical simulation of circumferential fan/compressor with inlet distortion can be achieved through the code.The characteristics of fan with inlet steady total pressure distortion in an aeroengine were simulated and compared with experimental results.It demonstrates that 3-D unsteady inlet distortion of circumferential fan can be simulated by the code with less computer resources.The effects of inlet distortion on fan/compressor can also be simulated accurately.
