缝纫层合板压缩性能研究

摘    要: 试验研究了有、无缝纫层合板的压缩强度和破坏机理。通过有限元方法分析了缝纫参数对缝纫层合板压缩性能的影响。研究结果表明,缝纫层合板以折皱断裂为主要压缩破坏模式,分层损伤得到了有效的抑制,缝纫参数对压缩强度有一定的影响,计算模型与试验结果吻合得较好。

Abstract:Experimental investigation is conducted to understand the compression strength and failure mechanisms of stitched laminates and unstitched laminates.A finite element method is adopted to calculate the effects of stitch parameters on the compressive properties of the stitched.Results show that the critical damage event in the stitched laminates is kink band formation,and that the delamination is suppressed.The stitching parameters have effects on the are compression strength.The results determined by this method are correlated well with the test results.
