| 摘 要： | 本文介绍了城市固体废弃物焚烧处理过程中重金属，酸性气体和二恶英类等二次污染问题的危害。详细讨论二次污染问题的产生以及控制处理措施。从无害化焚烧角度对焚烧炉提出了要求，提出了21世纪城市生活垃圾焚烧新技术一气化熔融处理方式。

| Abstract: | This paper briefs the issue of secondary pollution (heavy metal\,acid gas and dioxins) from municipal solid waste incineration, meanwhile it discusses the cause of the problem and how to control and dispose of it. Gasification & melting technique, a new method for processing MSW is advanced from innocuous incineration. |
