| Abstract: | Based on systematic analysis of the condition,feature and life circle of China's sci tech typed small and medium sized businesses(SMB),the paper holds that the life circle of these SMB should be divided into four stages,each of which has its particular problems,and the correct settlement of these problems is the key to further development of the businesses. |
