| 摘 要： | 随着我国市场改革越来越深入，农村劳动力得到了极大的释放。大量的农村人口涌入城镇，对我国经济社会发展造成了巨大影响。文章分析了农村人口向城镇流动的主要原因，并从正反两个方面阐述了这种人口流动所产生的效应，及其对我国经济社会的重大影响。

| Abstract: | With the deepening reform of China's market,rural labor released considerably.Explosions of rural population rushed into cities and towns,created enormous impact on China's economic and social development.The essay analyzed leading factors caused rural labors' mobilization with the statement of effectiveness of such tendency via pros and cons on the influence of China's economic society. |
