摘    要:为提高整体叶轮的五轴高速加工精度和加工效率,利用B样条方法通过调整偏离权和光顺项权得到理想的二阶连续的桨叶曲面.把叶轮的CAD几何模型导入到CAM加工模块中,通过对五轴高速加工工艺规划的研究和加工参数的选择,计算出叶轮的加工刀轨路径,并通过后置处理得到符合MIKRONUCP800数控机床的NC代码并加工出叶轮产品.

Abstract:In order to improve the accuracy and efficiency for five-axis and high-speed NC machining of integral impeller, the method of B-spline was used to get the second order continuous surface of the impeller by rectified the fair weight term and deviate weight term. The CAD model of the impeller was imported into CAM module. Researching it's machining process and choosing the parameters of the 5-axis and high -speed machining, the cuter position was calculated.
