解决某型发动机超控的方法

针对××飞机在升限 ,大表速飞行过程中出现的超控问题 ,探索了通过对装有综合调节器的发动机燃油流量调节通道的调节来改善发动机参数方案的可行性。通过研究 ,给出了低、高压转子转速的调整控制方法 ,涡轮后燃气温度调节通道的控制程序 ,以及对燃油流量调节通道调节过程进行措述。飞行结果表明 ,调整后的发动机没有出现超控现象 ,彻底地解决了试飞升限、大表速过程中的飞行安全隐患

The way to resolve exceed-control problems of an aero-engine

The aim of adjusting fuel oil flow access of the aero-engine with a synthetical adjustior,is to resolve the exceed-control problems of the aero-engine of xx aircraft which appeared in the condition of ceiling and great velocity.The experimental flight datas showed that the aero-engine adjusted worked well and the hidden trouble in the conditisn of the ceiling and the great velocity can be avoided completely.
