两阶段退化单部件系统的视情维护和备件供给策略建模

摘    要:考虑了存在两阶段退化的单部件不可修系统,首先建立了系统的两阶段退化模型,将退化过程分为正常(Normal)阶段和缺陷(Defect)阶段,正常阶段利用统计模型描述,而缺陷阶段利用Gamma过程描述。在周期检测的情况下,结合控制限视情维护策略和控制限备件订购策略,分析了一个更新周期内所有可能出现的结果。最后给出了优化模型,用以最小化系统长期平均总体费用率。

Abstract:A single-unit non-repairable system with two-stage degradation is considered. The model of two-stage degradation is established which divides degradation process into normal stage and defect stage,and the normal stage is described by statistic model while the defect stage is described by the Gamma process.Under periodic inspection,by combining control-limit condition-based maintenance policy and control-limit spare parts ordering policy,all possible results in one renewal interval is analyzed.Finally,optimi...
