| 摘 要： | 针对现有的可重构模拟电路存在功能有限、带宽小、灵活性不足等问题,设计了一种新的电流模式可重构模拟电路。设计了基于二代电流传输控制器的可重构模拟单元,能减小电路非线性失真,提高电路工作速度与抗干扰能力。设计了一种可编程开关数量较少的纵横交叉开关网络结构,提高了电路灵活性和高频性能。在2×4阵列结构上分别重构实现了四阶低通滤波器和模拟乘法器,实验结果表明所设计可重构模拟电路是有效的。
