| Abstract: | This paper elucidates the characteristics and performance of high speed ADC with it's applications in martial electronics field in detail.An example useing high speed ADC in a Wide-band Digital Receiver is given. At last, the paper presents the two ways of testing high speed ADC's performances in time domain and frequency domain. |
