| 摘 要： | 介绍了高强度、超高强度合金钢螺栓分别采用不同的螺纹加工工艺时,进行偏斜拉伸对比试验研究的过程与结果;分析了热处理后滚压螺纹对其缺口敏感性无明显影响的因素,进一步论证了热处理后滚压螺纹工艺的可行性;并对采用热处理后滚压螺纹工艺的这两种钢螺栓进行了缺口敏感性的定量分析.

| Abstract: | This paper presents the different methods for machining of 30CrMnSiA and 30CrMnSi Ni2A steel bolts;points out the contrast testing and results by slanting tension of the bolts,and analyzes the factors or reasons why rolling-threaded bolts after heat-treatment have no much effect on notch sensitivity on the basis of quantitative testing of the two kinds of steel bolts. |
