| 摘 要： | 物品定置与产品状态控制是现场管理的核心内容。空军航空修理企业按科学、简便、安全、实用和便于运输等要求，对生产现场的物品定置和产品状态控制，能最大限度消除企业现场管理混乱现象，以及影响产品质量和劳动效率的不良因素，是促进企业全面实施科学化、规范化管理的重要手段。

| Abstract: | Goods fixation and product state control are core contents of the spot management. According to requirements such as science, convenience, safety, practicality and easy transportation, the Air Force Aviation Repair Enterprise carries out spot goods fixation and product state control. In this way can it, at the maximum limit, remove many confusion phenomena of corporation spot management and bad factors of affecting product quality and labor efficiency, and also promote the enterprise to actualize fully scientific and standardized management. |
