数字化装配技术涉及到众多的技术领域,从飞机产品的数字化定义起,就开始考虑装配相关的因素,并在后续的过程中不断循环完善,从而形成对装配工作的数据支持。因此,在数据完备的情况下,数字化装配系统是集成了光、机、电、软件和信息技术的一个大型自动化系统。本文通过对国外数字化装配应用情况介绍,阐明了数字化装配系统的数据支持过程及其工作原理,并对其关键技术的集成应用进行了论述。
