电子束横波器件原理及应用

摘    要:几十年前,前苏联成功研制了一系列电子束横波器件,其主要优点是线性、高效率和自保护。这些器件已在微波输电、雷达和通信中获得应用。文章对它们的结构、工作原理和技术参数等进行简要介绍。

Abstract:A series of microwave devices based on transverse electron beam waves were developed successfully in the last decades in Russia.The principal advantages of these devices are good linearity,high efficiency and self-protection.Their applications in microwave power transmission,radar and communication have been found.Their structure,work principle,technical parameters etc.are briefly introduces in the paper.
