Fe基粉末与Fe基+AL2O3复合粉末热喷涂层性能的对比研究

摘    要:本文章对Fe基粉末与Fe基 AL2O3复合粉末的热喷涂涂层性能进行对比研究,结果表明:Fe基 AL2O3复合粉末的热喷涂涂层硬度、耐蚀性较高,但Fe基粉末喷涂层的厚度、均匀性和连续性更好些。

Abstract:Comparing the sprayed coating between The based powder and Fe based-AL 2O 3 combined powder,the result shows that Fe based-AL 2O 3 sprayed coating's hardness and corrosion resistance are better.But the Fe based sprayed coating's thinkness,proportion and continuity are more perfect.
