Good crew coordination could effectively improve me safety of the flight.First of all, some typical accidents occurred by foreign military helicopters were introduced, specific behavior of poor crew coordination was analyzed. Then the importance of crew coordination for military helicop- ter was pointed out. Finally, on the base of the effective experience both at home and abroad, some suggestions were given on how the flight crew works together as a team to make good crew coordina- tion and to maximize the flight safety.
