摘 要: | 介绍了无轴承尾桨的结构和受力特点;阐述了无轴承尾桨动力学建模和核心元件柔性梁设计时需要注意的事项;特别针对柔性梁在弯曲疲劳试验时的受力状态进行了详细分析;指出了试验时层间剪应力过大是导致试验件提前失效的原因。

Abstract: | This paper introduced the structure and force - transmission of the Bearingless Tail Ro- tor, gave some suggestions for the bearingless tail rotor dynamical model and the design of the flex- beam. This paper especially focused on stress analysis of the flexbeam in the fatigue test, pointed out the shear stress was the key reason to make the test piece failure abnormal. |
