摘    要:某型无人直升机典型任务设备中采用了大量玻璃晶状管等精密元器件,对振动环境要求较高。介绍了隔振设计思路,对初始隔振方案进行分析,提出了隔振优化方案并建立动力学有限元模型,对优化隔振系统的隔振效果及稳定性进行分析,并通过动特性试验及飞行试验验证了设计。试验验证结果表明,该优化设计方案取得了较好的隔振效果,解决了任务设备对振动环境要求高的难题,对设备隔振安装具有一定的指导意义。

A Type of Unmanned Helicopter Typical Mission Equipment Vibration Isolation Design

Abstract:Unmanned helicopter using nuclear radiation measurement task equipments apply many precision parts, like glass transistor, which have higher requirements for vibration environment. This paper presented the design principle of vibration isolation design, analyzed the original isolation scheme, presented optimization scheme about a typical mission equipment, and analyzed the isolation effect and stability with finite element analysis as well as the installation dynamic test and flight vibration tests. The results indicated that the design plan works well, fulfill the high requirements and gives important guidance to vibration isolation of equipments.
