静电电荷衰减试验仪校准装置建标研究

摘    要:静电电荷衰减试验仪是测试静电耗散材料衰减时间的仪器,对该仪器校准标定时,主要针对半衰期这一指标进行比对验证。因此该校准装置系统需构建正、负极性可变,电压和时间可调的指数衰减曲线;研制测试用标准分压器和考核分压器;测试结果由数据采集卡和计算机完成;同时对整套系统的不确定度进行了评定。

Abstract:Electrostatic charge decay instrument is used to test decay time of static dissipation materials. If being calibrated, the instrument must be tested and validated the index of half-life period. So the calibration device has need of building exponential attenuation curve, that can change positive or cathode, and regulate voltage or time. It needs manufacture standard voltage divider for test and other voltage divider for checking. The test result could be accomplished by data acquisition processing module and mini-calculator. At the same time, the measurement uncertainty of the calibration device system is assessed.
