摘    要:介绍了直连式RBCC火箭引射模态的地面实验系统,对来流模拟段进行了设计,并对实验状态下来流参数的确定与发动机推力的计算方法进行了研究,建立了推力模型,对系统进行了原位标定。实验结果表明,在管道充压条件下,工作传感器测得的推力与原位标定时施加的推力呈线性关系,与软管中的来流总压关系不大;这种设计不会对推力产生不确定的干扰,且起到了密封作用。

Abstract:A direct-connected RBCC ground experimental system with injection modality was introduced,and its flow simulation was designed. Determination of flow parameters and calculation method of motor thrust were investigated,and the thrust model was established;the system was in-situ calibrated.The results show that under the pressurized condition of tube,thrust measured by sensor presents linear relation with that under in-situ calibration,but it is independent of the total flow pressure in the tube.The system design can't cause uncertain disturbance to the thrust,moreover it has the sealing effect.
