摘    要:通过对飞刀轴的强度、刚度和振动模态的分析,设计制作了基于普通车床的飞切装置.并采用PCD成形车刀在铝材料上进行了飞切加工V型槽的实验.测试结果证明了该飞切装置的可用性,为生产实践提供了必要的技术参考与装备,并为进一步分析飞切理论打下了基础.

Abstract:The intensity and rigidity as well as vibration modes have been analyzed to design the fly-cutting manufacturing system based on conventional lathe. Fly-cutting experiments have been done on aluminum material by PCD (polycrystaline diamond) formed cutting tool. The test result has proved the feasibility of fly-cutting system. It can provide necessary references and devices for actual manufacturing and advanced theoretical researches will be done based on this system.
