| 摘 要： | 学生工作是学生素质培养中的重要环节，在基于行业标准的高技能人才培养中发挥着重要的作用。通过隐性课程的视角，将学生工作与行业标准结合起来，分析行业标准与学生工作结合现状，探讨基于行业标准的学生工作模式，以期达到优化办学模式、提高办学水平的目的。

| Abstract: | Student work is an important link in the development of students＂ quality, and plays an important role in high skill talents training based on industry standard. Through the perspective of hid- den curriculum, the paper, combining student work with the industry standards, analyzes the present situation of combing industry standards and student work, explores student work mode based on industry standards, in order to achieve the optimum school - running mode and improve the level of running schools. |
