摘    要:在运用环切方式进行型腔类零件的分层加工时,预钻孔位置和刀具运动轨迹规划直接影响编程的繁简及切削效率。文中提出了一种型腔环切刀轨生成算法,使得在一个连通加工区域里只需抬刀一次,保证在相邻等距环的过渡时不发生干涉。预钻孔的位置可在加工区域里灵活选择,取消了对预钻也位置的限制。该文设计并实现了切除等距环尖角处未加工到的残留区域算法。算例表明,文中提出的方法易于实现,结果稳定、可靠。

Abstract:In NC programming of pocketing operation with contour parallel strategy, the reasonable positioning of the pre drilled holes and tool path planing remarkably affect programming effectiveness and cutting efficiency. In this paper, a new tool path generation algorithm of rough cutting pockets with contour parallel strategy is presented. When cutter moves from one loop to its adjacent loop, the interference can be avoided. The total path length is minimized for these resultant offset loops. The locations of the pre drilled holes can be optionally specified within the machining area. In addition, an algorithm is designed and implemented to remove the leftover at sharp turning points of the offset loops. This algorithm allows the cutter to begin from the pre drilled hole near one of the transition points. It is suitable to the machining of both 2D and 3D pockets. At last, three examples are given. It is proved by these examples that the algorithm is stable and reliable.
