摘    要:静电纺丝法是一种制备超细纤维的重要方法。本文以聚乙烯醇(PVA)为原料,通过实验研究了静电纺丝法制备纳米纤维非织造物的方法,分析了PVA溶液浓度、粘度、表面张力、电导率、流量以及实验电压和接收距离等各种实验参数对纤维形貌的影响,并利用光学显微镜和CCD得到了纳米纤维的微观形貌。由于静电纺丝法得到的纳米纤维非织造物直径小,有较高的比表面和较大的比强度,用金属丝制作的仿生翅膀骨架做接收装置,利用静电纺丝法得到了质量轻、易控制的仿生MAV翼。

Abstract:Electrospinning has been recognized as an efficient technique for the fabrication of polymer nanofibers.n this paper,an electrospinning method on the fabrication of non-woven of PVA nanofibers was experimentally studied.Many parameters influencing the characteristic of fibers were analyzed,including concentration,viscosity,surface tension,conductivity,flux of PVA solution,the electric potential and the collecting distance.The appearance of nanofibers was recorded by using optical microscopy.Because the nanofibers manufactured by electrospinning process are smaller in diameter,larger ratio of surface area to volume and higher ratio of strength to weight,electrospinning was utilized to make a wing of micro-air vehicle(MAV) with lightweight,controllable skins.
