| 摘 要： | 针对发动机药柱掉块的现象,进行了发动机的结构完整性分析。基于三维粘弹性有限元分析方法,以某含伞盘药型的固体导弹发动机为例,建立了不同位置、不同大小掉块的有限元计算模型,计算了发动机药柱在内压与轴向过载联合作用下的Von Mises应变场,得到了发动机药柱掉块对其结构完整性的影响情况,其中影响最大的是药柱飞边掉块,而前后翼锥处掉块对其结构完整性几乎没有影响。文中方法和结论为固体导弹发动机的使用和判废提供了技术支持。

| Abstract: | Aiming at drop piece phenomena of the solid motor grain,structural integrity of the motor was analyzed.Based on 3D viscoelastic finite element methods,taking a solid missile motor with umbrella-type grain as an example,finite element models of drop piece with different locations and sizes were derived,and Von Mises stress field of motor grain under internal pressure and axial acceleration load was calculated.The effects of solid motor grain drop piece on structural integrity were obtained.Grain fash drop piece has great effect on structural integrity,but front and rear fin drop piece has little effect.The methods and conclusions can provide technical reference for use and defect judgement of solid missile motor. |
