摘    要:光频标在准确度上比目前最高准确度的微波量子频标将高几个数量级 ,作为时频基准是很理想的 ,它的建立对我国乃至世界的科技发展有着重要的作用。光频测量是近几年国际科技领域的热点 ,实现对光频的测量对光频标的建立有着重要的意义 ,而测量方法是实现对光频测量的关键。综述光频的测量方法 ,主要介绍传统的测量方法和目前国际上采用的飞秒脉冲激光梳技术以及光频测量最新的发展动态

Abstract:Optical frequency standards are orders of magnitude better frequency accuracy than current microwave atomic standards suitable for frequency standards. The building of optical frequency standard is a great promotion for advance of science and technology in our country and other countries. Measurement of optical frequency standard occupies a important place in the building of optical frequency standard and became a highlight in recent years. So the dey point is the measuring method. A review of optical frequency standard is present in this paper, including the traditional measuring method, the measurements of the optical frequency standard with femtosecond mode-locked laser and the new development of the optical frequency standard measurements.
