摘    要:对国内外4 000 N推力级以下的导弹与无人机用典型系列微型涡轮发动机进行综述,主要包括发动机研制背景、发动机结构、性能参数、应用对象等内容.详细介绍了目前技术水平较先进的TJ100和推质比超过10的AT-1500系列发动机,总结了该类发动机的技术特点.最后,结合工程经验提出并分析了发动机研制的关键技术.

Abstract:As powerplant of unmanned aerial vehicales(UAV) and cruise missile,microturbo engine has been developing quickly in recent years.In this paper,worldwide typical series microturbo engines with thrust below 4 000 N were summarized,covering the engine development background,structure,performance parameter and equipment/weapon object,etc.The newest developed TJ100 and AT-1 500 series of turbojets with thrust weight ratio over 10 were specially introduced.Based on above,common characteristics of this type of engine were discussed,and finally,seven key technologies during engine design,testing and manufacturing were proposed and analyzed by integrating real project engineering experience.
