某燃气发生器地面台架试车性能分析

摘    要:针对某燃气发生器特点采用工艺喷口模拟动力涡轮流通能力,测取各截面参数,统计分析试验数据结果证明该型机性能达到设计要求。在地面台架试车阶段,对比调整压气机径向间隙、喷口面积变化对燃气发生器各性能参数的影响。为改进部件性能和燃气发生器与动力涡轮配套的整机试车提供试验数据。

Abstract:Parameters at different sections of some home made gas generator were measured with a technical nozzle to simulate the flow capacity of a power turbine.The data indicates that the performance of the gas generator can reach the design goal.During the ground test under different working conditions of the gas generator,the influences of the radial clearance and exhaust nozzle area were studied.This provides a technical support for improving performance of the gas generator and the matching of the power turbine with the whole engine.
