| 摘 要： | 随着全球电子商务高速发展,使得电子商务人才相对严重短缺,预计未来10年大约需要200万名电子商务专业人才。但当前开设电子商务专业的高职院校却不能培养出所需要的电子商务高技能人才。其中,课程设置和教学模式的不合理是造成这种现象的重要原因。基于行动导向的电子商务专业教学改革与实践为解决这一问题提供了思路。

| Abstract: | The rapid growth of global electronic commerce has caused the shortage problem of talented individuals.It is estimated that two million professional E-commerce workers are needed in next decades.But the current courses provided by institutions cannot meet the demands of training the e-commerce talents with high skills,since the curriculum design and the teaching mode are unreasonable.This article suggests action oriented reform to solve this problem. |
