一种新的正交异性光弹性复合材料

摘    要:本文提出了采用与国外不同的技术途径制作光弹性复合材料的方法。这种材料用防辐射玻璃纤维和环氧树脂经常温固化制成,其透明度好,光弹性效应灵敏,制作工艺简便,适于制作二维和三维复合材料光弹性模型。 光弹性复合材料的性能可以设计和预测,但实用中需要实验标定。本文给出了标定光弹性复合材料性能的方法和适用公式。

Abstract:In this paper the method .making use of orthotropic photoelastic composite materials is proposed. The way of technique is different from those adopted in other countries. This kind of materials is made from barium glass fibre and epoxy resin,solidified at atmospheric temperature, well transparent, sensitive in photoelastic effect, and simple in procedure. It is suitable to make two-dimensional and three-dimensional photoelastic models of composite materials.The function of the orthotropic photoelastic composite materials can be designed and forecasted, but it needs to be calibrated by test in practical use. The article gives the method and the suitable formula for calibration of the function of the orthotropic photoelastic composite materials.
