运载火箭远程故障诊断技术综述

摘    要:介绍运载火箭领域故障诊断技术的发展和各种方法的特点,将诊断技术按照基于阈值的判别机制、基于知识库的专家系统诊断方法、基于模型的故障诊断方法、基于自学习的推理机制、基于信息融合的故障诊断方法以及自主诊断技术六大类进行分析,同时介绍美国、日本以及中国新一代运载火箭(NGLV)在故障诊断上所取得的最新进展。在此基础上,针对远程发射支持系统(LSS)的特点,提出该领域故障诊断技术的发展方向。

Abstract:The development of fault diagnosis and characteristics of various methods classified into six categories including threshold-based judgment, knowledge-based expert system, model-based fault detection, self-learning reasoning, information fusion failure detection, and autonomous failure detection and isolation (FDI) techniques are introduced in this paper. Meanwhile, the latest achievements obtained so far in USA and Japan as well as Chinese next generation launch vehicle (NGLV) in this field are introduced. Based on these introductions, the development trend of fault diagnosis techniques suitable for long range launch support system (LSS) is summarized.
