基于IRL技术的智能采样系统设计

摘    要:在模拟信号易受干扰、不稳定的环境下 ,普通的采样系统往往不能适用 ,常常会因采样不准确而导致控制电路产生错误的控制信号 ,造成系统运行故障。我们采用基于IRL技术实现的采样电路系统能通过TCP IP远程监控采样电路的状况 ,并能在采样信号出错的情况下通过硬件重构进行信号增益、滤波等处理 ,消除模拟信号因外界干扰带来的变化影响 ,IRL技术给采样系统带来了高安全、高稳定以及易维护的特性

Abstract:Under the unstable environment where the analog signal is easy to interfere the ordinary sample system is not suitable.It often samples inaccurately and cause the control circuit to produce the wrong control signal and the systematic operation trouble.Staff members can long-instance control and inspect state of sample circuit through TCP/IP network. In this,we use the IRL based sample circuit system,construct and carry on through hardware signal gain, strain wave, etc.dispel the change of analog signal caused by the external interference. IRL technology brings sample system safe,steady and easy to maintain characteristics.
