摘    要:研究了Fe含量在0.05%-0.20%(质量分数)范围内对Ti-500合金的焊接和腐蚀性能的影响。结果表明:Fe含量在0.05%-0.20%范围时,Ti-500合金具有良好的焊接性能,焊缝具有很强的腐蚀抗力;Ti-500合金在沸腾8M HNO3溶液中的腐蚀率小于0.1mm/y,溶液中添加Ru^3 ,Cr^6 ,Ce^4 离子能显著提高合金的耐蚀性。

Abstract:Effects of different Fe contents from 0.05wt% to 0.2wt% on the welding and corrosion resistance properties of Ti 500 alloy were investigated.Experimental results showed that,with Fe contents from 0.05 wt% to 0.2 wt%,Ti 500 alloy possessed good welding properties.The welds showed great corrosion resistance.The corrosion rate of Ti 500 was less than 0.1mm/y in boiling 8M HNO 3 solution. The corrosion resistance of Ti 500 could be improved significantly by adding Ru 3+ , Cr 6+ and Ce 4+ into the solution.
