免维修使用期分析

摘    要:基于传统的指数分布的平均故障间隔时间(MTBF)方法已经不能适应现代战争对装备效能和费用的双重要求,提出了免维修使用期(MFOP)的概念,并通过与MTBF对比分析了其含义,意义及与之相关的度量,费用,适用范围,预计模型和实现等问题,指出了MFOP不仅可应用于飞机,还可以应用于其他装备,并以导弹为例进行了分析。

Abstract:The exponential distribution is the most widely used in reliability th eory, but the traditional MTBF method based on the exponential distribution is n o longer suitable to the dual requirements of the efficiency and the expenses. I n the paper, the reasons of using the exponential distribution and the drawbacks of using mean time between failures (MTBF) or failure rate as reliability requi rement are pointed out, the concept of maintenance free operating period (MFOP) is put forward, and its introduction, definition, significance, and the relevant topics such as the measurement, the expenses, the range of application, the pre diction model, the realization and so on are all analyzed. Lastly it is pointed that MFOP is not only applicable to aircrafts, but also applicable to other equi pments. An example of missile is given out.
