| 摘 要： | China successfully launched a communications satellite into geosynchronous transfer orbit using a LM-3A launch vehicle on Nov. 15, 2003. The Chinasat-20 communications satellite, weighing 2.3 tonnes, is a 3-aixs stabilized satellite.
