摘 要: | 基于断裂力学观点,讨论了材料中的缺陷、损伤、微裂纹等对航空发动机构件的服役总寿命及可靠性的影响;分析了轮盘、叶片、机匣3个典型实例;介绍了损伤容限疲劳寿命设计新概念;提出了“过程控制”和“寿命监测-控制”新建议。

Abstract: | The effect of defects, damage and microcrack in material on the total service life and reliability of aeroengine components was discussed on the basis of the fracture mechanics. As an example, the analysis of disk, blade and case was made. The new concept of damage tolerance fatigue life design was introduced. The "process-con-trol"and"life- monitoring and control"were proposed. |
